I recently stayed at Melasti Kuta Bungalows & Spa and overall, I felt I got what I paid for. The location is great, within walking distance to many shops and eateries. but the accommodations and cleanliness left much to be desired. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms and pools definitely needed some serious maintenance.

The room I stayed in was dated and lacked proper cleanliness. there were issues like a smelly spare pillow and the bathroom was not well-kept. It also didn't have an exhaust fan, which made things uncomfortable.

My stay at Melasti Kuta Bungalows & Spa had its highs and lows. The location was super convenient, being close to shops and restaurants, which I loved. However, the room I first got was infested with mosquitoes and had poor maintenance, which was really disappointing. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired.
